Greyfest Vendor Inquiry Form
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our annual Greyfest event! We have been hosting this event for over 15 years, and we love having new vendors join us.
We do not charge a fee to attend Greyfest as a vendor. However, we do ask all vendors to provide an in-kind donation of your products or services worth at least $50 for the Greyfest raffle. Donations can be mailed to us well in advance, or you can let use know in advance what you will be bringing, and deliver the item on the day of the event.
We do our best to book a wide variety of vendors offering many different
products and services. We try to accommodate as many vendors as possible while ensuring the best possible exposure. However, we are not able to provide exclusivity for any vendor or service.
Upon receipt of your completed inquiry, we will review your form and determine whether we think you would be a good fit for our event. We will get in touch with you within a couple weeks to let you know whether we will be able to accommodate your business or service at Greyfest.
Deadline for inquiry submissions is May 19th, 2012 (3 weeks prior to the event date).
