Greyhound Pets of America Minnesota

GPA MN Partners

The businesses listed below have partnered with GPA MN to assist in our fundraising and promote awareness of greyhound adoption. We gratefully acknowledge their assistance in our efforts. We encourage your patronage of these supporters of GPA.

Pet Garage is a boutique for gently used, and new, pet supplies located in Maple Grove.  As a partner, they will include us as one of their rotating "rescues of the month", during which we will receive 1% of their sales. January 2019 will be our first month as the designated "rescue of the month"; watch the calendar for a special Sunday Meet & Greet to be held at Pet Garage.

As a partner, we would encourage GPA MN adopters to donate any of their unwanted, gently used pet gear to Pet Garage. Often we've received donations when beloved greyhounds pass and there are no plans for future adoption. While we are grateful for, and will continue to gladly accept, donations of collapsible wire kennels and gently used coats, which we use for fosters, the other items have become overwhelming for us, so this partnership is a win-win situation.Pet Garage 03-04(1).png

If  you have a wire kennel or coats you wish to donate, please continue to think of us; email us at and we will happily arrange for pickup of those items. If you wish to donate any other items, such as food bowls, feeding stations, beds, collars, leashes, etc., we would encourage you to donate your items to Pet Garage.

Tangerine House of Design is a photography studio in Edina. Lisa Asp, the owner, is an award winning master photographer and one of her specialties is pet photography. Lisa has donated the photography and coordinated production of our annual GPA calendar for the last several years. The annual calendar is a major fundraiser for GPA each year.

In 2001 Lisa and her husband adopted a greyhound, Jersey, from a local rescue in Connecticut, and that began her involvement in adoption and rescue. She started donating her time taking portraits of adoptable dogs to help them find forever homes, and joined with several rescues to fundraise through pet calendars. In 2011, when she moved to Minnesota, she decided to focus her energy on pet portraits. Those of you who've purchased a calendar from GPA, or had your dog photographed to be a "Pin-Up Pet", know her talent and her passion. Check the Galleries pages of her website to see samples of all of her beautiful work.
